1.Knowledge MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

2.Well organized and an excellent time manager

3.Organized and clear thinking; good team motivator

4.Okay to take business traveling

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for arranging domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa arrangements if needed.

2.Translate, publish and proofread important documents

3.Administrative support for and detailed minute taking at meetings

4.Handle projects and other work as delegated by the Director

5.Responsible for drafting all forms of communication, i.e. letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, faxes, etc.

6.vent planning and organizing when required

7.Answering incoming calls for the Director and dealing with general inquiries

8.Maintenance of filling systems

9.You will be required for business traveling inside China from time to time
