Requirements

1.       Possessing 2 years work experiences in interior design area , preferred in hotel industry

2.       Accomplish independent the project overall originality scheme, concept and design sketch scheme.

3.       The ability which you can carry out the scheme layout. (plane, elevation, section, large sample node)

4.       You shall be familiar with correlative design software. Excellent hand-painted. (Auto CAD, Photoshop, 3DMAX, VR )

5.       Possessing design alteration ability at the project on-the-spot.

6.       Possessing identification and appreciation ability to decoration material.

7.       Mandarin conversational skills are preferred but not compulsory

Responsibilities

1.       Complete design tasks assigned by the Design Director, manage design drawings and technical interfaces, evaluate, change and confirm construction plans.

2.  On-the-spot investigation to coordinating with the construction corps and solving problems in the project.
