Requirements

1.       Major in architect design or equivalent

2.       1 years or above experience in villa design since graduation

3.       Experienced in Auto CAD, Word, Excel, etc.

4.       Have a unique insight in villa design

5.       basic Mandarin is preferred but not compulsory

Responsibilities

1.       Assist in planning and designing of the architect project

2.       Coordinate project with clients, organize the design of the work

3.       Provide technical support to the project team

4.       Participate team work to create useful and attractive Villa planning and design.

5.       Involved in drafting site plans, sections, elevations and relevant design.

6.       Involved in preparing schematic, preliminary, and final drawings for architecture project
